What we do

Three problems. Fixed fees for each.

SL / Get a licence

You want to hire from overseas

You’ve found the person. You can’t employ them without a sponsor licence, and the Home Office now refuses roughly 4 in 10 applications. We prepare the application, build the evidence pack, and set up the HR systems they’ll ask to see.

CS / Keep a licence

You have a licence and a compliance visit coming

More sponsor licences were revoked in 2025 than in any year on record. Most weren’t fraud — they were paperwork. We audit you the way the Home Office would, then fix what we find.

Your business is overseas and moving here

UK Expansion Worker route. Company formation, UK footprint, sponsor licence, first transfer — sequenced properly so nothing gets refused on a technicality. Delivered in English or Turkish.

Getting the licence is the easy part.

Most sponsors we meet are non-compliant and don’t know it. Not because they’re cutting corners — because nobody told them that a missing right-to-work check, an unreported role change, or an out-of-date SMS record is enough to lose the licence.

Losing it means every sponsored worker’s visa is curtailed. It means a cooling-off period before you can reapply. For a lot of small businesses, it means the business.

What we check
Right-to-work checks — correct format, timing, retention
Sponsorship Management System — duties, key personnel
Migrant files — the twelve documents they'll ask for
Job roles — still matching the CoS and salary threshold
Absence and attendance records
Genuine vacancy evidence
Book a mock audit — from £1,200/yr
We’ll tell you what the Home Office would find. Before they find it.
Fees

Fixed fees. Published. No hourly billing.

Solicitors typically charge £2,000–£5,000 for the same work, billed hourly. We publish our fees because you shouldn’t have to ring someone to find out what something costs.

Home Office fees are separate.

The Home Office charges £611 (small or charitable sponsors) or £1,682 (medium and large sponsors) for a sponsor licence, plus an Immigration Skills Charge per sponsored worker per year. These are paid directly to UKVI, not to us. You can apply yourself at gov.uk — our fee is for preparation, evidence review and compliance support. Fees change; we confirm the current figure in writing before you commit.

Process

Four steps. Roughly eight weeks.

01  ·  Free · 2 minutes

Eligibility check

Answer eight questions. You get an honest yes, no, or not yet — and if it’s no, we tell you why rather than taking your money.

02  ·  Week 1–2

Document build

We tell you exactly which four documents you need from the Home Office’s Appendix A list, and we check them before they go anywhere.

03  ·  Week 2

Submission

We prepare and submit the application, and set up your HR systems so that if they visit, you pass.

04  ·  Week 3–8

Decision

The Home Office decides. Most licences are granted within eight weeks. Priority processing is available for an additional Home Office fee, subject to daily availability.

We can’t promise an outcome and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure the application isn’t refused for a reason that was avoidable.

Eligibility

Not every business can sponsor. Here’s the honest test.

You probably can if
You're a UK-registered business, actively trading
You have a UK bank account and a UK business address
The role is RQF Level 6 (degree level) or on the Temporary Shortage List
You can pay at least £41,700, or the going rate — whichever is higher
You have someone who can act as Authorising Officer
You probably can’t, yet, if
The business is a shell, dormant, or has no UK trading evidence
The role is below degree level and not on the shortage list
You're trying to sponsor yourself without genuine business substance — the Home Office looks for exactly this, and refuses it
You have unspent convictions or an adverse immigration history

Questions

The things people actually ask.

No. A sponsor licence application is made by your business, about your business — it isn't an immigration application by an individual, and it doesn't require a lawyer. What it requires is someone who knows what evidence the Home Office wants and how they read it. That said: if your case involves a refusal, a revocation, or an appeal, we'll tell you to get a solicitor, and we'll help you find one.

Two minutes will tell you whether this is worth your time.

Eight questions. No card, no call, no sales sequence you have to unsubscribe from. You’ll get a straight answer and a fee you can actually plan around.
