The UK Expansion Worker route is built for a business that already trades overseas and wants to establish itself in the UK. Your parent company must be active and trading — this is not a route for a business that only exists on paper. Once the UK footprint is real, you can move a senior person over to get the branch running.

Our fee covers the UK company formation, setting up the trading footprint, the sponsor licence application and evidence pack, and the Certificate of Sponsorship administration for the first Expansion Worker. The final figure depends on how much of the UK setup is already in place — we confirm it in writing before you commit. Home Office fees are separate and paid directly to UKVI.
The Home Office charges £611 (small or charitable sponsors) or £1,682 (medium and large sponsors) for a sponsor licence, plus an Immigration Skills Charge per sponsored worker per year. These are paid directly to UKVI, not to us. You can apply yourself at gov.uk — our fee is for preparation, evidence review and compliance support.
